Description
This vacuum atmosphere oven uses MoSi2 heating element as the heating part, dual-layer shell structure and 30 stages programmable temperature control system, phase shift trigger, silicon controlled control, the hearth is made of aluminium oxide multicrystal fiber material, equipped with air cooling system between the double layer shell, speedy temperature drop or raise, equipped with support under the furnace tube, can avoid the furnace two end broken due to high temperature. Can forvacuum and can fill with H2, Argon, N2, O2, CO, decomposed ammonia etc. it features uniform temperature, lower surface temperature, fast temperature raise and drop, power saving. It’s kind of advanced equipment for gas-protecting sintering and reducing atmosphere.
