UL94 Horizontal and vertical flammability chamber

This flammability chamber is used to test the flame resistance of plastics by horizontal fire (linear burning speed) or vertical fire (flame and nonflame burning time).

1. Horizontal fire Test

• Designed as per UL94 HB 7.1~7.7 and CSA C22.2NO.0.17, GB/T2408 FH-1,FH-2,FH-3
• burning angle: 45°
• flame height: 20mm

2. Vertical fire test

• Designed as per UL94 V-0,V-1,V-2, GB/T2408 FV-0,FV-1,FV-2
• burning angle: 90°
• flame height: 20mm
• test chamber volume: ≥0.5M3
• Bunsen burner, tube length 100mm, internal dia. 9.5mm
• Bunsen burner angle: horizontal is 90 degree, vertical is 20 degree, 45 degree both adjustable, natural air in, internal flame 19-40mm, external flame 20-125mm, adjustable
